Payment Terms

At Namayan B.V, we require all payments for goods to be made via international wire transfer directly to one of our designated bank accounts located within the EU regions, specifically in France, Germany, Hungary, Turkey, Portugal, and Greece.

Payment Process:
Upon placing your order, you will receive an official invoice from us with the details of one of our bank accounts.
All payments must be made via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) as per our strict payment terms.
Clients are responsible for covering all bank transfer fees.
Once the payment is completed, kindly email us the scanned proof of payment from your bank for confirmation.

Shipment Process:
Your order will be processed and shipped immediately after we receive payment confirmation in our bank account.
To avoid delays, we encourage clients to contact us by phone or email once payment has been made, so we can proceed with the order promptly.
